Our Veterans campaign for Christmas 2025 was a huge success, with local children from schools, Brownie and Guide groups, playgroups and other members of the community and businesses pulling together to collect biscuits and create cards for the amazing men and women who have served our country.
The reach was incredible. We managed to amass around 1,000 cards and 300 boxes of biscuits. We extended our kind gestures to our Blue Light Workers too, dropping biscuits and cards off at local hospital wards, mental health units, police stations and fire stations.
Cards were sent to the Chelsea Pensioners and even to a friend’s ship off the coast of Cyprus for him and the rest of the crew, as they were away for Christmas.
This campaign is certainly one of the team’s favourites, and the impact that just a small gesture of a card and a box of biscuits makes is unbelievable.
